Some Inspiration



I have been relaxed about my eating habits recently and after working on my parties and helping at my local Weight Watchers meeting - I have not been to the gym for a few days now. I feel really unhealthy and tired. After setting this clothing challenge with my husband I thought it would spur me on to go all out to win. The 'want to win' was there but not the work involved was there in my head.After reading a comment left by Suzette about her backing me on my clothing challenge and the massive transformation she has made I am totally inspired! I have made a decision to beat my food cravings - which let me down and focus on something else other than eating. I have decided to put on my Taebo DVD and punch and kick the cravings out of my body!! I'll get fit too! My problem is when I am at home with my daughter (2) and I am bored. So I will make more of an effort to go for walks and get out in the fresh air -weather permiting.I have been planning my menus in advance and know what I am cooking so I don't just grab the first thing out of the cupboard. I am also making an effort to try new recipes and vegetables that I'd not bother with normally. Just so I don't get bored with the same menu week in week out.My gym visits MUST be upped from 0 to at least 4 times a week. Why on earth have I got a gym membership if I don't use it???Been good today with my food choices and have thrown away the doritos and jellies that were left from the weekend - positive thinking!Will be back on Thursday evening to report on my weight LOSS! xSource
